Meet Our Team
William C. Huettner, MD
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. William Huettner, MD, serves as a plastic surgeon at Aurora Medi Spa since 2010. Furthermore, he specializes in injectables, body contouring, and abdominoplasty procedures. Additionally, he received a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Indiana University. Moreover, he earned a Masters degree in biology from Purdue University. Subsequently, he obtained his Medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Huettner completed general surgery residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Furthermore, he completed plastic surgery fellowship at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, the American College of Surgeons board certified him in 2007.
Moreover, Dr. Huettner maintains extensive plastic surgery background and serves as a practicing hand surgeon. Additionally, he specializes in trauma cases at McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital and Sparrow Hospital. Furthermore, with over 2 decades of experience, he takes pride in both conservative and life-changing procedures. Consequently, his treatments help boost each client’s confidence significantly.
Abdalmajid Katranji, MD
General Surgeon
Dr. Abdalmajid Katranji, MD is a general surgeon and the medical director at Aurora Medi Spa. He specializes in injectables, non-surgical face lifts, and blepharoplasty procedures done at our facilities in East Lansing and Birmingham MI. Dr. Katranji is a Michigan State University class of 1999 graduate, and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. With years of experience as a trauma surgeon, he has a bond with many community members and each one of his clients.
With upwards of seventeen Top Surgeon Awards, Certifications, and Sponsors, Dr. Katranji strives to bring top of the line service every patient. He also engages in passionate volunteer work fighting to save lives in suffering countries overseas.
With a passion for helping others create and maintain their most beautiful self, Dr. Katranji goes above and beyond to continue his education and experience. He is certified in Age Management Medicine and currently has the honor of pursuing a fellowship with the American Board Aesthetic Medicine.
